We assemble the team behind the organization of the first What the Jam!? Game Jam, made and owned by the PRGDA: Manny Lopez (Main Organizer/PRGDA Board Member), Gabriel Guihurt (Organizer/Co-Founder at Good Game Studios), Luis ‘Leo’ Lebrón (PRGDA Board Member/Indie Developer) and Paula Ayala López (Graphic Artist/Creative Director at Good Game Studios), on our videocast! This event will happen in July 29-31 and it’s open to both local and international Puerto Rican developers, with multiple ticket tiers. We talk about the event’s conception, how it will work, explain the ticket tiers and answer any questions from the community about it!

Luis’s Bio: Creator and manager of the Game Dev Hangout’s Community Arcade, from Guayama, P.R. Apart from developing games, makes graphic designs for the PRGDA and the PRGD Discord.

Paula’s Bio: Paula Ayala López is a freelance graphic designer based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Ayala is the co-creator and Creative Director of the card game Apagón (@apagongame) by Good Game Studio. In her spare time, she’s a writer, an avid reader and gamer; and she’s passionate about the art of storytelling across different mediums and advocating for inclusive spaces for marginalized communities and people with disabilities. Ayala graduated from UPRRP with a BA in English Literature.
